Summer Camps 2016
During the summer, sometimes it is difficult to make a commitment to dance. Perhaps, you know someone who would like to try a dance class?
Does your child love fun AND dance? Then Summer Camp may be the best route for you!

Summer Camp FAQ's
Q: How do you reserve a spot for summer camp?
A: Contact the studio via email (DanceExplosionandEvents@yahoo.com) or by calling the studio at (336) 749-1494.
Q: What is summer camp?
A: Summer camp is an alternative to summer dance classes, or an extension of training. Summer camp takes place for two weeks out of the summer. Each week is a different theme. Summer camp is a Monday-Friday option of two hours a day.
Q: What does a child do at summer camp?
A: Summer camp children are able to craft fun activities, eat camp-themed snacks, as well as dance. It is primarily ballet, tap and tumbling. At the end of each week (the final Friday of each camp), there will be a showing of both a ballet and a tap dance that they learned during the week.
Q: What should my child wear for Summer camp?
A: If your child would like, they may wear their dance clothes (ex; their leotard and tights if a girl or their shorts and a t-shirt is a boy). Also comfortable clothing (tank tops, leggings, shorts) are also acceptable. If you child has ballet and tap shoes we ask that they bring them. If they don't we will have some that they may borrow.
Q: What camps are taking place this summer?
A: This summer, we are having a Fairy Tale Camp as well as a Disney Princess Camp.
Q: What are the dates for each summer camp?
A: Our Fairy Tale Summer Camp takes place July 11-15. Our Disney Princess Summer Camp week takes place August 1-5.
Q: What are the age requirements for Summer Camp.
A: We ask that children be between the ages of 3-10 to attend summer camp.
Q: What are the times Summer Camp. A: For ages 7-10, camp will be from 9-12, for ages 2-6 camp is from 12-2:15
Q: What is the price for summer camp?
A: Each summer camp is 55 dollars. It covers the entire week.
